[SMM Flash News] A large secondary lead smelter in east China has been experiencing unstable production due to market losses. Before the Labour Day holiday, its production had dropped to approximately 100 mt/day. Currently, the smelter has completely halted production, and the date for production resumptions remains to be determined.
